As Chicago’s first fair trade retail store, we are passionate about “Shopping That Makes A Difference.” We know that a single shopping experience won't change the world, but it is a small step in that direction. We have a fine selection of soaps rich and luxurious skin care products, culled from the legendary fruits and botanicals of southern Afghanistan. The indigenous nuts, seeds and herbs used in the creation of the bath & body products made by the artisans from Arghand are pressed and distilled into magical elixirs whose heady aromas and natural healing properties have enchanted customers from Florida to British Columbia. Additionally, Arghand products are ideal for sensitive skin without being bland; they are also lovingly formulated to leave skin soft and silky. Combine the principles of fair trade with organic, and pamper yourself with a daily 'globally-conscious, self-indulgent' bathing ritual.
